Solder wire for high temperature applications

The REL0 classified, halide-free, no-clean cored solder wire SN100C3 395-90 is equipped with a specially tuned activator system to improve the soldering properties of the lead-free high-temperature solder SN100C3. The melting range of SN100C3 is 227 - 310°C.

The SN100C3 395-90 cored solder wire is characterized by its excellent solder performance even on critical surfaces. According to the IPC, the solder wire is halide free. Due to the no-clean flux formulation, the residues can remain on the board after the soldering process without cleaning it.
