M3S

Solder paste for reflow and vapor phase soldering

M3S is a REL1 classified, halide-containing, no-clean solder paste formulation for use under inert gas.

M3S is specifically designed for automotive applications. It is a very safe and mild product for which a nitrogen atmosphere is recommended. Standard alloys S62 and S6M are particularly suitable for the reflow process. M3S can be processed with or without nitrogen.
