Solder paste for reflow and vapor phase soldering

M3S is a REL1 classified, halide no-clean solder paste formulation for use under inert gas.

M3S is specifically designed for automotive applications. It is a very safe and mild product and requires a nitrogen atmosphere for use. The standard alloy SAC305 is particularly suitable for the reflow process. For higher requirements with a higher silver content, the solders S9M and CuAg (SAC405) are available.
