SN100CV_®

The bismuth-doped SN100CV_® is a nickel-stabilized tin-copper alloy with the addition of germanium to reduce dross formation. It is a silver- and lead-free alloy for applications which requires the highest reliability. The bismuth-related fatigue strength of the alloy is approx. 30% higher than that of SN100C^® and it even exceeds that of SAC305. The low copper dissolution of SN100C^® alloy is further reduced by the addition of bismuth in SN100CV_® it ensures very stable processes with simple process management. The SN100CV_® is a patent of NIHON SUPERIOR^® with the number JP 5872114 and BALVER ZINN is the first licensee worldwide. The SN100CV_® is available as bar, cored wire and solder paste.
