Solder wire for repair and standard applications
The activator of LF3135NC has an increased decomposition temperature and guarantees optimum soldering results with low flux content. Despite the halides, the solder wire is a true no-clean formulation and can be used without cleaning even for demanding soldering tasks due to its excellent non-corrosion behavior. Typical applications are manual, robotic soldering and repair soldering. LF3135NC cored solder wire is available in the standard lead-free alloys SN100C®, SN97C and SN96C.
