Solder wire for repair and standard applications

Brilliant B2012 is ROL0 classified according IPC. It is a halide-free, no-clean cored solder wire and is specifically designed for lead-free repair and rework soldering.

The flux Brilliant B2012 shows clear, low-corrosion residues with good wetting and flow properties as well as non-aggressive towards the soldering tip. Due to the no-clean flux formulation, the residues can remain on the board after the soldering process without cleaning it. Brilliant B2012 cored solder wire is available in the standard lead-free alloys SN100C®, SN97C and SN96C.
