Sn63Pb37

Standard alloy for selective, dip and wave soldering

BALVER ZINN alloy Sn63Pb37 is a leaded standard alloy for use in wave soldering, selective soldering and dip tinning.

For Sn63Pb37SW a solder bath temperature between 245 - 255°C is recommended, depending on the board structure. Applicable soldering temperatures are between 245 - 300°C. Sn63Pb37P is a variant of Sn63Pb37SW and is doped with phosphorus to reduce dross formation.
