Products:
Balver Zinn is a market leader for providing galvanized anodes, as well as anodes made from block tin or tin-lead, special tin and tin-lead wires. Balver Zinn produces solders suitable for all standard applications – from wave soldering to manual soldering and with different lead free alloys.
Since 2002, Balver Zinn has produced and sold the patented lead free solder SN100C, and other solders and paste solders of the "SN" series, exclusively in Europe under license of its Japanese cooperation partner, Nihon Superior.
The stabilized tin-copper eutectic SN100C is ideally suited for lead free wave soldering of electronics components. Stabilization improves the structure of the tin-copper solder and the mechanical and technical soldering properties.
A water-based flux completes Balver Zinn's product portfolio for lead free soldering and renders the company a comprehensive supplier of solutions and one-source production processes.
Consulting:
Balver Zinn is ready to assist its customers with the conversion to lead free soldering. The company has been involved with technical committees and trade panels, delivering lectures involving all aspects of "lead free soldering in the electronics industry."
In the area of recycling, Balver Zinn offers its customer expert consulting concerning all questions of storage, transport logistics and recycling of metal waste and scraps. One of Balver Zinn's special services consists of providing recycling containers required by law to its metal product customers.
